To attain quality workmanship, and service delivery, whether in the government or private sector, we need to choose competent, honest, dedicated and polite people.
This is the basis of MERIT SELECTION.
MERIT BEGETS QUALITY. QUALITY BEGETS SATISFIED CONSUMERS.
All people regardless of color, gender, religion, tribe, race, ethnicity or whatever are equal.
Many people in our world regardless of the nature of their religion and the evolutionists, believe that all of mankind evolved from a small group of people. Thus we are indeed all ancestral brothers and sisters.
Let us accept our ancestry. Let us accept that we are all equal. Let us strive to promote love and eliminate hate.
If we love and respect our fellow human beings then we will eliminate crime and hate in all its manifestations.
If you truly love your neighbor you will not steal from, or rob him or her. Wars are fought because of hate. Many crimes are committed because of hate.
Many wars are fought because of racial hatred or religious differences.
Let us focus on survival of our fauna (humans and animals) and our flora (plant life).
We need to do everything in our power to halt the effects of global warming and overpopulation of our earth. These twin threats can have disastrous effects on all life forms on earth.
We also need to have a global fund to alleviate human suffering occurring from natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, earth quakes, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes, whirl winds et cetera.
Competent governments will anticipate such eventualities and take adequate and timely action to alleviate the suffering that such events cause.
Last but not least governments worldwide should contribute to an intervention force to take immediate and effective action where genocide or government inefficiency or collusion is apparent and which either supports or is not effective in preventing piracy or subversion of a particular group. Effectively this will be a global policing force.
